Welcome to another in a series of Collapse the Box celebrating the 144th Annual Royal Ulster Academy Exhibition at the Ulster Museum, Belfast.

A prominent Irish art historian, curator, author, poet, musician and champion of the arts, currently serving as the Director of Collections and Access at the National Museum of Ireland since 2023. With over 30 years in the cultural sector, she is an expert in Irish art, specifically the work of Seán Keating, and a former director of the Tyrone Guthrie Centre.
Together they reflect on the scale ,scope & selected works exhibited. They discuss the inspiration behind some of the work shown, their responses to the exhibits & discuss the power of the arts across art forms, the importance of supporting artists and the ongoing desire to ensure art forms are made more accessible.
