Royal Exchange is a £400m mixed use redevelopment within the north-east quarter of Belfast City Centre an adjacent to the Cathedral Quarter.

The development will create new office, retail and leisure space, two hotels, the re-integration and refurbishment of seven listed buildings, three new public realm spaces and a 22-storey block, towering over the Cathedral Quarter.
